Limited Warranty

Who's covered: The original purchaser of a product bought through the Seven Seas Vans online store.

What's covered: Defects in materials and workmanship in the products we build and sell, including hinges and mounting hardware we supply, under normal use. This warranty doesn't cover custom van build work.

How long: One year from the date of delivery or pickup.

What we'll do: If your product has a covered defect, we'll repair it or replace it, our choice. If neither is practical, we'll refund the purchase price. For approved claims in the contiguous US, we cover the shipping both ways.

What's not covered:

  • Normal wear, such as scratches, dents, or finish wear from everyday use

  • Natural variation in wood, like grain pattern and color, which isn't a defect

  • Damage caused by installation not performed by Seven Seas Vans, or by mounting to an unsuitable surface

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or loads a product isn't designed to hold

  • Products that have been modified or repaired by anyone other than Seven Seas Vans

How to make a claim:

  1. Email 7seasvans@gmail.com with your order number, a short description of the problem, and photos.

  2. We'll reply within 2 business days with next steps. If we need the product back, we'll send shipping instructions, or you can bring it to our shop.

  3. You can also reach us by mail at Seven Seas Vans, 5215 Cushman Pl, San Diego, CA 92110.

Limits on implied warranties: Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one year from the date of delivery or pickup. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Limits on damages: Seven Seas Vans is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from a defect in a product. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
